And Still is Ours Today

Now thank we all our God
With hearts and hands and voices

Who wondrous things has done
Despite my own undoing
Sin forgiven by Son forsaken
To bring me home to You

With countless gifts of love
No gift given more freely
Asking nothing but love returned
To unite my heart with Yours

All praise and thanks to God
Because all is Yours
My thanks is right and just
To order all my ways

Whom earth and heaven adore
Raised voices and blaring trumpets
Even the rocks cry out
To live in perpetual adoration

For thus it was, is now
And shall be evermore

(inspired by hymn by Martin Rinkart, 1636)
