Prayer of thanksgiving for Christ’s comfort based on 2 Corinthians 1:3-7

Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercy and God of comfort. May I share in Christ’s suffering so to also share in his comfort. May my hope be unshaken, confident that in my suffering for Christ will be rewarded by his comfort. Amen
