Lord, may I let go of all bitterness, rage, anger, and wickedness so that I may receive Your holiness today. Dwell in my heart so that I will always be kind, compassionate and forgiving with others as You are compassionate and forgiving with me. May I always seek to imitate Your Son, my Lord, Jesus with my life. Amen

I love the beauty of sunsets (and sunrises). This summer, because of the fires in the western part of the USA, we had some beautifully filtered light in the evenings. Peace.

That’s amazing how disastrous events can brush the air with beauty. I heard after that big volcano eruption in the Philippines a similar scene happened.

Wonderful prayer, Amen! I ask JESUS daily to rid more of me and to replace with more of HIM. It is the only way that I know that I can be all that GOD created me to be. “I can do all things through CHRIST who strengthens me” -Philippians 4:13. That is my upmost FAVORITE verse and it has gotten me through so much and it continues to.
Faith mixed in with mediation of this verse really brings anything impossible possible!! GOD is so amazing!! 🙌🏻❤️

Isn’t it so contrary to the world’s teaching that as we realize how little we know or can accomplish on our own, the more we can do by calling on the Lord. We are only made complete when we are in communion with Him. “So this joy of mine has been made complete. He must increase; I must decrease.” (John 3:29-30)

And I absolutely LOVE that verse too and I had it made on a bracelet to wear as a continuous reminder!!! HE must increase, but I must decrease!! 🙌🏻
